DTO-asetuksen käyttöönoton aikataulu

DTO regulation has been published on 13.8.2018 and will come into effect on 2.9.2018. This means that “declared training organisation (DTO)” , an organisation, which is entitled to provide training to pilots on the basis of a declaration made in accordance with the second subparagraph of Article 10a(1).
