The survey takes only 10 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n<p>Access the survey <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eusurvey\/runner\/EGNOS-User-Satisfaction-Survey-2019\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The results of the survey will allow the GSA and the ESSP to better understand the EGNOS users&#8217; needs, improve the EGNOS services and provide better support. <a href=\"http:\/\/egnos-user-support.essp-sas.eu\/new_egnos_ops\/content\/user-satisfaction\">The results from last year&#8217;s survey<\/a> were positive and showed a good level of satisfaction with EGNOS.
